At Movestorm, we understand that gym and fitness equipment is a serious investment. That’s why we ensure your orders are shipped securely and efficiently.

1. Warehouse & Shipping Address

All orders are processed from our official warehouse:

Operating hours:
Monday – Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00 WIB
Sunday & Holidays: Closed

2. Shipping Areas

We ship across Indonesia, with priority coverage in Jabodetabek and major cities. We also support inter-island delivery via trusted cargo logistics partners.

3. Delivery Time Estimate

  • Ready stock: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-order/custom items: lead time provided upon order confirmation.

4. Shipping Providers

We work with JNE Trucking, Indah Cargo, SiCepat Gokil, and internal delivery team for selected Jabodetabek orders.

5. Shipping Fees

Calculated based on weight and location. Fees are shown during checkout or shared by our CS team.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. In case of issues, we offer a fair and transparent return policy.

1. Eligibility

  • Damaged items due to shipping.
  • Incorrect products delivered.
  • Manufacturing defects (not from usage).

2. Time Limit

Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery.

3. How to Return

  1. Contact our CS team via WhatsApp/email.
  2. Send unboxing video and photos of the item.
  3. Wait for instructions from our support team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If our fault: we cover all costs.
If buyer’s mistake: return shipping is buyer’s responsibility.

5. Non-returnable Items

  • Used items.
  • Custom or made-to-order products.
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
